Vertical Slip T

Due to its special advanced composition it has a particularly extended open time application in relation to common materials and standard requirements which exceeds them very comfortably (30min requirement at 22 C).
Zero shrinkage
In the old technology adhesives, craftsmen often use more water in the preparation of the material to achieve better workability. However, this creates the risk of shrinkage when the material is coagulated, which is an undesirable phenomenon. In contrast, HYBRID materials with active bio foam technology even with extra water (within recommended limits) do not have this risk even in applications up to 20mm thickness.
Pot life
Due to its unique composition it retains its original freshness in the pot for a long time, enabling the craftsman to work in a more standardized and efficient manner without often having to adapt their working style comparing to traditional materials over the course of their lives in the pot.

They are produced under standard modern industrial conditions with quarry aggregates of special granulometry of high clarity. They contain special polymer resinous mixed additives of highest quality and technology of the most approved European manufacturers, which offer accordingly many advantages such as: Powerful initial and final bonding, great flexibility and strength against deformations and vibrations. Great resistance against moisture (pools, basements) and temperature fluctuations (heat –frost).Great workability and easy to apply. Zero slide (T), extended open application time (E) and high flexibility (S1) It is classified as type C2ΤΕ S1 tile adhesive according to EN 12004 and 12002 standard.
Fields of application
Exceptional ease of use in all application conditions due to a special innovative bio-foam composition that delivers a creamy and fluffy texture to the mix. Suitable for fixing every type of tiles, marbles, natural granites and decorative stones, absorbent or non –absorbent tiles, floors and walls, indoors and outdoors and various substrates with application thickness up to 20mm. It is ideal for the application of extra large size tiles in very demanding spaces such as vibrating floors, floors with under-floor heating, plasterboards, swimming pools, terraces, industrial spaces of heavy duty, busy spaces, parking spaces etc. Giving extremely long-lasting results.
Application
The substrate of application must be thoroughly prepared so that it is free of dust, paint, oils,loose material etc .and capable to carry the additional weight. On flimsy substrates or substrates with high absorbency (plasters, aerated concrete etc.) it is recommended to apply the SYSTEM TECHNICA TECHNOFLEX product 1-2 hours before application of the adhesive. On smooth non-absorbent surfaces it is recommended the use of SYSTEM TECHNICA SUPER CONTACT quartz primer. For best result it is recommended to wet the surface before the application. The content of the bag is mixed in a ratio of 25kg of adhesive with 8,0-8,5lit of clear water, until a homogeneous mixture is formed. The mixture is then left to settle for 5-7 minutes and then mix it again with a low revolution mixer. The adhesive mixture is ready to use and its coagulation time is 3 to 4 hours depending on the temperature of the environment. During this time the mixture is mixed periodically without adding more water. Coating the adhesive on the surface is uniformly applied by means of a suitable notched trowel. The mixture that is applied can be covered within 30min. Especially for non absorbent extra large size tiles ( 60 x 60 or over). It is recommended that the application of the adhesive, in addition to the substrate, should also be done evenly with a regular spatula at the back side of the tile giving the thickness of 1mm. In that manner and also using special levellers we can achieve an easy application and secure permanent bonding. Application temperature is between 5° C and 35 ° C.

2.5 – 6kg /m², depending on the trowel’s notch size, tile size and the nature of the substrate
Storage
Keep in a room with low humidity and store on pallets up to one year from the date of production and always in sealed package
