ACRYLIC TILE ADHESIVE (WHITE–GREY)

Description
Cement- based tile adhesive with special acrylic enhancive additives of excellent quality. With reduced slip (T) and large open application time (E). It also contains inert materials of selected granulometry, high adhesion ability, excellent workability and high durability to extreme temperature conditions. It is classified as type C1 TE tile adhesive according to EN 12004 standard.
Fields of application
It is suitable for tile installation, indoors and outdoors, walls or floors with application thickness up to 10mm. For special applications the special amplifying emulsion SYSTEM TECHNICA TECHNOFLEX is recommended.
Directions for use
The surface to be covered should be free of any dust, paint, oils, loose material etc. capable of carrying the additional load. On flimsy substrates or substrates with high absorbency (plasterboards, aerated concrete etc.) it is recommended to apply the SYSTEM TECHNICA TECHNOFLEX product 1-2 hours before application of the adhesive. Smooth non-absorbent surfaces require the use of SYSTEM TECHNICA SUPER CONTACT quartz primer. For best result it is recommended to wet the surface before the application. The content of the bag is mixed in a ratio of 25 kg of adhesive with 6lit (± 0,25lit) of clean water, until a homogeneous mixture is formed. The mixture should be left for about 5-7 minutes to settle, before it is slightly stirred again with a low revolution mixer. The mixture is ready to use and the coagulation time is 3 up to 4 hours depending on temperature. During this time, the mixture is mixed periodically, but no further water is added. Coating the adhesive on the surface is uniformly applied by means of a suitable notched trowel. The mixture that is applied must be covered with tiles within 30 minutes. Application temperature is between 5 and 35 ° C.
Consumption
2.5 – 4.5kg /m², depending on the trowel’s notch size, tile size and the nature of the substrate.
Storage
Keep in a room with low humidity and store on pallets up to one year from the date of production and always in sealed package.
