Description
Ready made plaster for single laying based on white cement of high strength with inert materials of selected granules and special improver additives for use on interior and exterior surfaces.
Usage
Can be used as a plaster for single laying on surfaces prepared with the splashed mortar SOVA K10 by SYSTEM TECHNICA or with the quartz primer SYSTEM TECHNICA SUPER CONTACT. It combines both layers (basic and final) into one offering thus many advantages such as application speed, high strength, excellent workability and an exceptional final surface ready to be painted indoors or outdoors.
Instructions
Make sure that the surface that has been prepared with the splashed mortar SOVA K1O is clean of dust, oil etc. Place the relative assisting tools if needed, such as guides and corners beads available from SYSTEM TECHNICA.On joints of different materials such as concrete with brick or insulating plates and hydraulic or electric channels, it is necessary to use the reinforcement fiberglass by SYSTEM TECHNICA that is fully enscapsulated in the damp mortar to avoid unwanted cracks. Then wet the surface, mix the contents of the sack with clean water (approx. 5.5lit/25kg) so that a homogenous mixture is formed and apply the material by hand or mechanically using the appropriate equipment up to 2.5 cm thickness. Flatten the surface with the relevant leveler and then after the material is dried sufficiently polish with the appropriate damp polisher for the desirable final result. Drying time depends on the substrate, the weather conditions and the thickness of the applied material. For very special application it is recommended to use in addition improver resin TECHNOFLEX by SYSTEM TECHNICA. To be applied under temperatures between +5 and + 35 ° C. Especially during the summer season light sprinkling for up to 48 hours of application is recommended to avoid undesirable cracks.

Consumption
Approximately 13kg/ m² for thickness of 1cm depending on the type of substrate.
Storage
Keep in a room with low humidity and store on pallets up to one year from the date of production and always in sealed package
