Description – Usage
ST-200 is a generic fiber reinforced cement-based plaster containing the appropriate polymeric elements required in order to achieve perfect adhesion and flexibility for all surfaces such as concrete, brick, cement based boards etc. In addition, in combination with the adhesives for thermal insulation boards ST-90 or ST-100, is the perfect top coat for the external insulation of buildings.
Advantages
Never cracks, has high adhesion and elasticity, excellent workability, high water repellency, resistance to temperature fluctuations and high mechanical strength.
Application
The application surface must be free of dust, grease, oil, etc. The content of the bag should be mixed with 6liters of clean water by the use of a suitable mixer at low speed in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture which is then allowed to settle for 5-7 minutes. Then the mixture is stirred again without additional water and is ready for use manually or by using a spray machine. Accordingly, after the mortar has settle it can be rubbed with an appropriate rubbing tool. Suggested thickness of the mortar is ideally 2-3 mm. Note that the application can take place between temperatures +5 and +35 ° C.
Consumption
Approximately 1.5kg / m²/ mm depending on the application surface.
Storage
Keep in a room with low humidity and store on pallets up to one year from the date of production and always in sealed package.
